Melia Villa is a magnificent villa located at Koskinou Village, which offers a private swimming pool and uninterrupted views to the sea. The property is only a 5 minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. It provides you with the perfect setting for a unique holiday and conveniently accommodates up to 10 guests.

This magnificent villa features large interior spaces with elegant design that create a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with amazing sea views and amenities. The villa has 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 double bedded rooms and two rooms with twin beds. One of the rooms features an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage feature. Also, there is another bathroom with a bathtub and hydromassage as well as a bathroom with a shower. There’s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied from the welcoming sitting area. Also, there is a small kitchen that offers tea and coffee facilities. Melia villa has two spacious living rooms, each is set on a different floor. The incredible interior aesthetic will immediately give you peace. There are many amenities and features such as the elevator, the beautiful library, the screen TV, a small gym area and a laundry room. Also, there’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property and a game console. Outdoors, the villa is equally impressive as indoors. It offers large well-tended gardens surrounding the magnificent pool area that’s equipped with parasols and sun beds, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed time under the golden rays of the Greek sun. The house also has spacious verandas both on the ground and first floor with great views of the surrounding area. The villa offers a pergola with an incredible BBQ installation with a sitting area in the garden, where guests can enjoy a truly unique outdoor gathering.

The villa offers everything you might need during your stay. The main kitchen is equipped with an oven and a deep freezer, for any meal preparation of your choice. There’s a small kitchen with coffee and tea facilities. Also, guests can enjoy a free Wi-Fi access and a flat screen TV with satellite channels along with a DVD player. Other useful amenities are the safety box, the elevator, the washing machine and the iron along with the ironing board. There’s a baby bed and a high chair if they’re needed. Also, there’s a small gym area and a laundry room.

Check-in time is 2pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we’ll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early – there is plenty to keep you entertained!

We would like to welcome you and hope that you have a lovely holiday in our Villa. We hope you will look after it during your stay as if it was your own home.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must offer a 30% down payment after booking, by credit card, non-refundable price and cash on arrival. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the arrival of the guest. If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before arrival, the 30% deposit will be the cancellation fee. If canceled later, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation free of charge only for the period of 24 hours after your reservation, only if the reservation date is 60 days or more before the arrival at the property.

The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the islands major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 5 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20 minute drive. The magnificent ancient acropolis of Lindos overlooking the picturesque village with the narrow streets and traditional white houses is approximately half hour drive too.
